Southern Tel International (STI) is one of the leading distributors of Nortel Networks equipment since 1993 and awarded “Gold” partner status in 2003. STI has also an exclusive rights from leading vendor of trading systems – Syntegra (BT) to supply and support trading room solutions in Russia and CIS. The company does not only sell and install telecommunication equipment, but also provides the Customers with high quality warranty and post-warranty support.

One of the main types of equipment provided by STI are voice and data solutions based on Nortel PABXs, IP platforms CS (NNCS 1000), BCM, multimedia routers and Contivity as well as SDH networks manufactured by Nortel Networks. STI provides unique telecommunication solutions which support full featured voice applications specifically designed for banking and finance including trading room and back-office telephony based on Nortel Networks and Syntegra equipment. Fully featured systems include all modern communications options and functions, such as Voice Mail, hunting groups, and remote access capability. STI offers services on planning, choosing topology, analyzing the traffic of small switchboards as well as serious corporate and private networks. As a system integrator company STI is working out a specific solution for particular project to meet all Customer requirements. That solutions incorporates telecommunication equipment from well known vendors, like Motorola ING, Schmid Telecommunications, Cisco, RAD, Siemon, Legrand etc.

Been working on the telecommunication market for such a long time STI successfully develops cooperation with the largest service providers such as Golden-Telecom, Comstar, Global-One, Globus in terms of equipment supplying as well as designing and testing a new solutions and services. Thus allows STI to prepare the most efficient Customer solution based on service provider’s experience and background.

Besides, STI carries out full range of operations on telecommunication systems installation, from cabling to programming. Every client’s wish to expand the system configuration, change its program or just move a telephone outlet encounters quick and competent response from STI’s technical staff, thus allowing clients to concentrate on the development of their own business, not thinking of telecommunication complexities. All technical staff is equipped with mobiles, so that they can follow any situation change. Most PABXs installed by STI are equipped with a remote access device, which allows to monitor the system 24 hours a day and give necessary technical service without STI specialist going on site. The remote access system allows to accomplish the necessary diagnostics, programming and commissioning directly from STI office. Such a procedure makes the process of terminating possible defaults before the client notices them easier.
